was founded in 2002 as a subsidiary of Tower Asphalt, Inc. Since that time, we have undergone a corporate reorganization and are now a subsidiary of Lakeland Enterprises, Inc.
We experienced a very strong start in 2002, with projects in both River Falls , WI and in Washington County , MN . Since then, our workforce has grown nearly 25%. We have worked on projects both in the public and private sectors, and have consistently met or exceeded our customers' expectations.
We strive to keep newer equipment in our fleet, with the belief that less down time leads to greater productivity. In conjunction with our experienced field staff, this has allowed us to complete projects within scheduling and budget restrictions.
At Three Rivers, our philosophy is simple: remain a dynamic industry leader while providing both superior service and a superior product. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
